Pre-Submission Sketch Plan / Subdivision - Land Development / Conditional Use / Zoning Hearing Board application forms are available here for your convenience. These application forms may be printed and then completed. The completed application forms, along with the additional required documents must be hand delivered to the Administrative Department located in the Township Building for submittal (on-line submission is not available due to the additional materials required).
Please refer to the Subdivision / Land Development Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance (both available at our office) for complete details. We recommend that you call our office to ensure you have the most recent versions, prior to submittal of your application.
