Construction Approved / Construction In Progress

When a subdivision five lots or larger or a land development has received final approval from the Board of Supervisors, it will be posted on the "Construction Approved / In Progress" map.  Construction may occur after certain legal requirements have been completed and the developer is ready to build.  When the Building Department has issued its last Certificate of Occupancy for the subdivision or land development, the information will be removed from this map.  Note: Subdivisions of 5 lots or larger were selected due to the quantity of  requests for this specific information.
