(Subdivision, Land Development, Conditional Use Applications / Pre-Submission Sketch Plan Applications / Zoning Hearing Board Applications)

This page serves as description to the accompanying map of Proposed Development Projects currently being reviewed by a Board and/or Commission of Buckingham Township. Once final action has been taken on the project (approval, rejection or withdrawal), it will be removed from this page and map.  The name of the project, a brief description, and the builder (as named on the application) are listed. Zoning Hearing Board projects identify the property owner and location.  

Note: Pre-Submission Sketch Plans are sometimes filed with no formal submission brought to the Township for lengthy amounts of time - these projects will continue to be listed until they are submitted as a formal submission or a time span of 12 months has passed.  

Further descriptions of these items are listed on the meeting agenda for which they are scheduled for discussion. Go to the Calendar/Events page and click on the meeting information to view when the item is scheduled.

When a subdivision five lots or larger OR a land development has received final approval from the Board of Supervisors, it will be posted on the "Construction Approved / In Progress" map.
