2. Board's Announcements:
The Annual Board of Auditors Reorganization Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., immediately followed by a regular meeting.
“Family Fun Friday” sponsored by the Buckingham Township Park and Recreation Commission continues with the following upcoming events:
Movie: “Iron Giant”, January 11, 2008 at the township building.
Family Dancing: January 25, 2008, 7-9 p.m., Buckingham Friends School
3. Consideration of approving the Payroll for the weeks ending December 23, 2007 and January 6, 2008 and Bill List for the meeting of January 7, 2008.
4. Consideration of amending Supervisor’s Minutes of November 14, 2007, per the Landscape Review Consultant’s request.
5. Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.
6. Consideration of accepting Request for Extension to the allowable review time under the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code to December 12, 2008, as submitted by Bill Bolla of McNamara, Bolla, Williams & Panzer on behalf of Sal DiNardo, Four Seasons Development Group, for the “Four Seasons Subdivision”, Township File SA 2006-07.

Consideration of approving Preliminary/Final Plan of Minor Subdivision (plan dated “Rev. 12/14/06”) of the “Four Seasons Subdivision”, Township File SA 2006-07, submitted by The Major Group on behalf of Sal DiNardo, Four Seasons Development Group, T.P. 6-8-52, Forest Grove and Swamp Roads, 15.96 Acres, Proposed 2 Lots, in the AG-1 Zoning District, with a 90-day review period expiration of January 21, 2008.
7. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Tripartite Escrow Agreement to January 23, 2009 covering “Quarry Valley Farm”, Township File SA 2000-06.
8. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Water & Sewer Development Agreement to January 31, 2009 covering “The Oaks at Buckingham”, Township File SA 97-02.
9. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Land Development Contract to January 14, 2009 covering “Bucks County Airport Authority”, Township File LD 2001-03A.
10. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Tripartite Escrow Agreement to January 12, 2009 covering “Amberleigh”, Township File SA 2001-11.

12. Additional Business / Manager’s Items -
Request by Mary Ellen Stanton on behalf of the Village Improvement Association’s Bucks County Designer House to waive all sign permit fees and escrow amounts relating to the Designer House events AND requesting an extension from the 90-day limit for temporary signs to 5 months (January 10 – May 31) for the sign that will be placed at the property entrance (3990 Mechanicsville Road).
