3.    Consideration of approving the Payroll for the week ending June 22, 2008 and the Bill List for the meeting of June 25, 2008.

 

4.    Consideration of approving Supervisor's Minutes of the May 28, 2008 and June 11, 2008 Regular Business Meetings.

 

5.    PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 2008-02.  An Ordinance of  Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Amending the Buckingham Township Zoning Ordinance of October 25, 2006, to Create Overlay Districts and Modify an Existing Zoning District to Permit an Increase in Impervious Surface Coverage in Developments Commonly Known as “Windsor Square”, “Buckingham Forest”, “Devonshire Estates”, and “Upper Mountain Estates”.

 

6.    PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 2008-03.  An Ordinance of  the Township of Buckingham, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Repealing Buckingham Township Ordinance No. 2005-02 entitled “An Ordinance of the Township of Buckingham, County of Bucks, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, To Manage its Rights of Way; Establishing a Rental Fee; Requiring Insurance and Indemnification; and Creating Mechanisms for Enforcement”.

 

7.    PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 2008-04.  An Ordinance of  Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Repealing and Reenacting a Provision of the Building Code.

 

8.    Consideration of approving Resolution No. 2048 Establishing a Youth Aid Panel in Buckingham Township.

 

9.    Consideration of accepting Request for Extension to the allowable review time under the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code to July 1, 2009 for the “Four Seasons Subdivision”, Township File SA 2008-03, as submitted by William Bolla on behalf of Sal DiNardo, Four Seasons Development Group, LLC.

 Consideration of approving Revised Preliminary/Final Plan of Minor Subdivision (plan dated “Revised 5/16/08”) of the “Four Seasons Subdivision”, Township File SA 2008-03, submitted by The Major Group on behalf of Sal DiNardo, Four Seasons Development Group, LLC, T.P. 6-8-52, Forest Grove and Swamp Roads, 14.938 Acres, Proposed 2 Lots, in the AG-1 Zoning District, with a 90-day review period expiration of July 1, 2008.

Consideration of approving Resolution No. ___ Act 537 Plan Revision for the “Four Seasons Subdivision”, Township File SA 2008-03.
 

10.    Confirmation of entering the Bucks County Board of Elections Certification of the votes cast at the General Primary held on April 22, 2008 for the Buckingham Township Open Space Referendum into the township minutes as an attachment to the June 25, 2008 Board of Supervisors meeting minutes.

 

11.  Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract to June 11, 2009 for the “Gash Tract” Subdivision, Township File SA 2004-04.

 

12.  Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract to July 1, 2009 for the “Hawk Farm” Subdivision, Township File SA 98-07.

 

13.  Consideration of accepting the Extension of the Letter of Credit #180192040194 expiring June 23, 2009, for the “Buckingham Elementary School” Land Development, Township File LD 2002-01A.

a. Consideration of request from Michael Taylor for Midway Volunteer Fire Company to waive fees related to the temporary sign permit and the overhead sign and banner permit advertising the annual fund raising carnival at the Midway Volunteer Fire Company carnival grounds on July 17-19, 2008 and July 24-26, 2008.

b.Consideration of accepting Agreement for Legal Services as submitted by Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.
