4. Consideration of approving Supervisor's Minutes of the May 12, 2010 Work Session and May 12, 2010 Regular Business Meeting.
5. 8:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - “Crimi / Metro PCS of Pennsylvania, LLC", Township File CU 2009-02, 3686 Route 202, 3.76 Acres, TMP 6-1-14, R-1 Zoning, Conditional Use Application to Install Wireless Communications Equipment on an Existing Structure. Extended review expiration date May 31, 2010. This application has been withdrawn by the applicant.
6. Consideration of accepting Request for Extension to the allowable review time under the provisions of the PA Municipalities Planning Code to September 1, 2010, as submitted Gilmore & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Mennonite Foundation, for the “Histand Properties”, Township File SA 2010-01.
