- Midway Volunteer Fire Company CARNIVAL! July 29-July 31, 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Midway Carnival Grounds across from Holicong Park on Route 202. Support our volunteer firefighters!
- Legislative Town Hall Meeting, Representative Bernie O’Neill – Thursday, July 29, 2010, 7pm, Buckingham Township Building.
3. Consideration of approving Payroll for the week ending July 18, 2010 and the Bill List for the meeting of July 28, 2010.
4. Consideration of approving Supervisor's Minutes of the July 14, 2010 Work Session and July 14, 2010 Regular Business Meeting.
5. Consideration of approving Revised Preliminary Plan of Major Subdivision (plan dated rev. 7/2/10) of the “Histand Properties”, Township File SA 2010-01, submitted by Gilmore & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Mennonite Foundation, T.P. 6-23-47, Forest Grove, Smith and Township Line Roads, 113.85 acres, 3 lots, in the AG-1 Zoning District, with an extended review period expiration of September 1, 2010.

Consideration of approving Sewage Facilities Planning Exemption for the “Histand Properties”, Township File SA 2001-01, T.P. 6-23-47, 113.85 acres, 3 lots, in the AG-1 Zoning District.
6. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Tripartite Escrow Agreement to August 11, 2011 for the “Campbell Tract” Subdivision, Township File SA 2001-18.
7. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract to August 25, 2011 from Jayne A. Kettles, for the “Lewis Tract” Subdivision, Township File SA 2001-17.
8. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contracts, Water and Sanitary Sewer Development Agreements to September 11, 2011 from John Mangano of Toll PA, L.P. for “Buckingham Forest, Phases III & IV”, Township File SA 89-17.
9. Consideration of accepting the Agreement to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Tripartite Escrow Agreement to September 30, 2011 from Thomas Verrichia on behalf of Buckingham Ridgeview L.P., for “Buckingham Ridgeview L.P. aka Verrichia Tract”, Township File SA 2006-04.
10. Consideration of accepting the Assumption of Obligations under Land Development Contract, Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement, Water Service Agreement and to Post Security between Buckingham Township and VRI Heritage Center, LP., along with the corresponding Escrow Agreements, and the Agreement Regarding Furlong Water System Expansion, Township File SA 2001-02 and LD 2001-01, Commercial.

Consideration of awarding the Removal and Disposal of 750,000 gallons more or less of Liquid Sludge on an approximately 6,500 to 18,000 gal. more or less per week basis to Franc Environmental, Inc., for the 1st of a three year bid option at $0.06546 per gallon, for the contract year September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011.
14. Consideration of awarding the Cold Spring Creamery Road Handicap Accessibility and Traffic Calming Project Bid to Couzins, Inc. of North Wales, PA in the amount of $281,563.30.
