4. Consideration of approving Supervisor's Minutes of the January 27, 2010 Work Session and January 27, 2010 Regular Business Meeting.
5. Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.
6. Consideration of approving Resolution 2119 amending Resolution 2096, Authorizing the Acquisition of a Utility Easement over Tax Parcel Number 6-10-227.
7. Consideration of accepting the Agreements to Extend the Residential Development Contract and Water and Sanitary Sewer Development Agreements to March 23, 2011, covering “Arbor Point, Phase II” and “Arbor Point, Phase III”, Township File SA 99-02A.
8. Consideration of re-approving “First Savings Bank” (previously known as “Doan-Kirkbride”), Township File LD 2007-01, due to the previous re-approval being over 90 days ago, in order that Record Plans may be signed.
