Call to Order 7:30 p.m.  

 

1.         Public Comment (Maximum 30 minutes)

2.        Board's Announcements:

-           Free leaf bags are available at the township building. They may be brought to the Township Maintenance Garage at 4991 Upper Mountain Road on Saturday, December 2nd from 10am to 12 noon.  There are no more bag pick-ups scheduled this year.

 -         The Administrative Offices of Buckingham Township will be closed November 23 and 24 for the Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

-          The November 22, December 13 and December 27 Board of Supervisor Work Sessions and Regular Business Meetings have been cancelled.  There will be a Work Session and Regular Business Meeting on Tuesday, December 19th, and the annual Reorganization Meeting (including a Regular Business Meeting) will take place on January 2, 2018.

-           Annual Township Tree Lighting Event:  Friday, December 1st at 6:00 p.m.

 

3.       Consideration of approving Payroll for the weeks ending October 29, 2016 and November 12, 2017 and the Bill List for the meeting of November 15, 2017.

 

4.         Consideration of approving draft Supervisor's Minutes of the October 25, 2017 Work Session and October 25, 2017 Regular Business Meeting.

 

5.         Consideration of accepting various Departmental Minutes and Advisory Body Minutes.

 

6.         Consideration of posting the Proposed 2018 Budget for Buckingham Township.

 

7.        8:00 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING:  Consideration of Approving the “Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless” Conditional Use Application, Township File CU 2017-02, TMP# 6-12-81-1, 4597 Sands Way, .22 acres, Zoned VR-1 Village Residential District / Communications Overlay District 2.

 

8.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract to December 1, 2018 for the “Gash Tract” Subdivision, Township File SA 2004-04.

 

9.         Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract to December 13, 2018, covering “Phillips Tract (Surrey Hill)”, Township File SA 2002-06A.

 

10.       Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Agreement to December 17, 2018, covering “Pine Crest Farm, Lot 2”, Township File SA 2010-03.

 

11.       Consideration of accepting the Request for Extension of the time to complete the Improvements as set forth in the Residential Development Contract and Water and Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement to December 18, 2018, covering “Arbor Point, Phase I”, Township File SA 99-02.

 

12.       Consideration of approving the Indemnity Agreement between Linbrad Ventures, LLC, Artisan Construction, Inc. and the Township of Buckingham, for “Barley Sheaf Farm”, Township File LD 2017-01, TMP 6-14-85, 5281 York Road.

 

13.       Consideration of approving theStormwater Controls and Best Management Practices Operations and Maintenance Agreement, Grant of Easement and Stormwater Facility Development Contractbetween Buckingham Township and Vincent Rongione, III and Karen Rongione regarding 4527 Church Road, TMP 6-10-72; and Consideration of approving theIndemnity Agreementbetween Vincent Rongione, III and Karen Rongione, Magnum, Inc. and Buckingham Township, regarding 4527 Church Road, TMP 6-10-72.

 

14.       Consideration of acceptingSnow Removal and Salt/Cindering Proposals/Contractsfor the 2017-2018 winter season per the Director of Public Work’s recommendation.

15.       a.   Consideration of accepting GS Developers Bid Withdrawal for theFieldstone Spray Field Upgrades - General (BT-17-01) Bid.

            b.   Consideration of awarding theFieldstone Spray Field Upgrades – General (BT-17-01) Bid to Eastern Environmental Contractors of Green Lane, PA in the amount of $1,017,710.00.

 

16.       Consideration of awarding theFieldstone Spray Field Upgrades –Electrical (BT-17-02) Bid to GS Developers of Doylestown, PA in the amount of $131,970.00.
