It’s been a busy and exciting spring here in Buckingham Township!
We kicked off April with our beloved Annual Egg Hunt, bringing families together for a fun-filled day. Our 325th Anniversary celebrations continued in full swing with a charming trolley presentation, a special tree planting, and our first Arbor Day celebration—a beautiful way to honor our community and environment.
Residents came out in full force for our Spring Clean-Up and Shredding Weekends, and we’re proud to report a fantastic turnout. We also continued our efforts to meet our 325 pint blood donation goal for 2025 with two successful drives—thank you to all who donated!
In May, we celebrated local history and culture with a Native American William Penn presentation and an open house at Trinity Historical Church. These events highlighted the rich heritage of our township and the stories that continue to shape us.
Have you had a chance to check out our new Sustainable Buckingham page on the Township website? It’s filled with exciting initiatives, goals, and accomplishments that reflect our commitment to a greener, more resilient future.
There’s still time to be part of the 325th celebration—purchase a Legacy Brick, grab some 325 merchandise, or become a 325 sponsor to leave your mark on this special milestone.
We’re heading into summer with great momentum and can’t wait to kick things off with our first Summer Concert on June 19th—mark your calendars and join us for an evening of community and music!
